SERVICES
We agree to offer various user services. We reserve the right to change or disable any service at any time for any reason, or reduce your traffic according to our availability. A purchase of a premium account on JubaGet grants access to private pages on the site, so changes or alterations to these pages may occur at any time without prior notice.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
The user warrants that the information given is complete, up-to-date, true and accurate. The user agrees to update his data if it changes in the future.
USER ACCOUNT
User account is for personal use only. Only the user who physically owns the account is authorized to log in and use the user account.
LINKS GENERATED
The Premium Link generated can only be used for downloading by the user who generated the link, premium links cannot be shared.
OUR ROLE AS A TECHNICAL INTERMEDIARY
Juba-Get acts only as a technical intermediary. We receive the URL provided by the user, request a premium conversion from an external host or service, and return the link made available by that external service.
NO FILE HOSTING OR STORAGE
Juba-Get does not host, upload, copy, store, maintain or distribute the files associated with generated links on its own servers. The files remain on the original host. Juba-Get only processes the URL and delivers the premium link returned by the external host.
LINK EXPIRATION
Generated links are controlled by the external hosts used for the conversion and expire 24 hours after generation. A link may also stop working earlier because of the source host, file removal, security measures or other third-party restrictions. Juba-Get does not guarantee the availability of a generated link after this period.
USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT
The user is solely responsible for the content accessed through a generated link, the legality of the original URL, the rights to access or download the content, and compliance with the laws applicable to the user and the relevant jurisdictions. Juba-Get does not select, control, approve or endorse the files made available by third-party hosts.
PURCHASE
Juba-Get does not have an affiliate system yet, so our accounts can only be purchased exclusively on the official website.
USE OF SERVICES
The user confirms not to use our services to access or download content that is illegal under the laws applicable to the user or the relevant jurisdictions. Juba-Get acts only as a technical intermediary for URL processing and link generation; we do not host, store or distribute the files.
PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ILLEGAL USE
The service may not be used for content or conduct involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexualization or grooming of children or adolescents, terrorism, malware, fraud, invasion of privacy, unauthorized access, copyright infringement, trafficking, or any other criminal or unlawful activity. Juba-Get does not support, authorize or tolerate these uses.
ENFORCEMENT AND REPORTING
When there are indications of abuse, prohibited content or unlawful activity, Juba-Get may immediately suspend or terminate accounts, invalidate generated links, restrict access, preserve relevant records and notify the competent authorities when required by law, by a valid request or when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service or the public interest. These measures are applied in accordance with applicable law, including the Brazilian Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA), Law No. 8,069/1990, and other applicable rules.
INFRINGEMENTS
The user confirms not to disturb our services in any way, such as a server attack. The user may not try to circumvent the fixed limitations or violate our payment system. Reproduction, partial or complete, of the content of this website is prohibited without the consent of its owner. If the user violates one or more rules of the Terms of Use, Juba-Get reserves the right to block their account indefinitely.
INDEMNITY
There will be no refunds or payment compensation. You subscribe to our services to access a private area of the website, as a result, there will be no refund or extension of your account in the event of malfunction of one or more of our services. The service is provided as presented and is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Juba-Get is not responsible for the content, availability, security, legality, accuracy or performance of files and links maintained by third-party hosts, nor for losses arising from the user's use of those files or links. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
SERVICE TERMS
The terms of service may be updated at any time and without prior notice. Users can read it whenever they want through a link at the bottom of the site.
SERVICE QUALITY
The link generation service that we offer is not linked to any guarantee of good functioning. Our service follows the best effort policy ("Best Effort"). This means that we will always try our best to provide an efficient and functional service. If not, some hosters may be removed or limited in accordance with our indemnity policy.
