We use your data to send our news and promotions by email. You may request to remove your email address from our mailing lists at any time via the link available in our email messages.

FILES AND GENERATED LINKS

Juba-Get does not host, upload, copy or store the files associated with generated links on its own servers. The service receives the URL provided by the user, requests the conversion from an external host and returns the premium link supplied by that host. Generated links are controlled by the external host and expire 24 hours after generation, subject to the conditions and security measures of that host.

LINK GENERATION AUDIT RECORDS

For internal auditing, service security, abuse prevention and investigation, and the handling of lawful requests from competent authorities, we may retain restricted records related to link generation, such as the source URL, generated URL, host, account or identifier, IP address, date, time and technical metadata. These records are not used for advertising, sale or public disclosure.

LEGAL DISCLOSURES AND RECORD RETENTION

Juba-Get may preserve and disclose relevant records to competent authorities when required by law, court order, valid legal request or when reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent crime, abuse, threats to the service or harm to individuals. This processing may be carried out under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA, Law No. 8,069/1990), and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
